Totally dairy and gluten free, it's also a perfect treat for coeliacs and those with wheat / lactose intolerance.
This vegan Christmas pud contains the finest vine fruits, apples, apricots and ginger which are blended with gluten free ale and brandy. Scrumptiously light and naturally sweet with a minimum of 50% fruit and no mixed peel, it is a delicious dessert fit to grace any festive table.
